Judge signs off on $10 Million fraud suit against WAMU

A California federal judge signed off Monday on a $10 million settlement between units of bankrupt Washington Mutual and class action plaintiffs claiming they were duped into taking out mortgages with low “teaser rates,” after previously denying the deal for an overly broad class definition.

How many others were lured into these predatory loans and had no recourse? Will these plaintiff's
even see a dime after the legal fees are taken out? One can only hope that at least ONE homeowner
who was made homeless by these 'teaser rates' will benefit.
